Our Product Consultant contacts you by appointment to open dialogue and determine your needs and initial MPM II "solution fit".
We expand our free "solution fit analysis" to include an on-line "tour" of our MPM II software by you, as well as user interviews conducted by our Product Consultant, determining detail MPM II solution fit and any custom tailoring you may need.
We report to you for your review and further input/verification.
We submit a preliminary MPM II cost proposal, including any custom tailoring, education/implementation consulting costs, and optional new IBM AS/400 computer discounted pricing. Your review, changes, and additions are then welcomed.
A final proposal is submitted and Agreements are hopefully executed. A mutual, detailed Manufacturing PM II implementation schedule is then agreed upon.
